Original Artworks:


  • United Kingdom Including Northern Ireland

     

All Orders have Free Shipping

 

Please allow 5 to 10 days for your purchase to arrive.
All orders will have tracking and require a signature on arrival.
 
Special requirements to original artworks may effect the time required to prepare the order prior to shipping. These situations will be discussed and agreed with the customer prior to order placement.

  • International Orders


All original artworks have free shipping. Note: At the time of writing I will endevour to provide free shipping on all original artworks purchased, however some destinations may prove to be outside the amount anticipated, therefore I reserve the right to contact you if any excessive fees are encountered and I will do my very bet to keep these costs to a minimum.
 
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.
All orders will have tracking and require a signature on arrival.

Duties and/or customs payments may apply for orders destined for countries outside the United Kingdom. This varies by country and location and you are responsible for paying these fees.

Prints and Printed Merchandise:

 


I utilise the services of a third party printer who both print and ship high quality fine art prints to my customers from various destinations around the world.

I therefore use their recommended shipping costs to keep the cost of supplying high quality prints to a minimum and to reduce complexity.

Factors which could delay delivery times include:
  1. Miss spelt or incorrectly formatted address
  2. Customs and import restrictions
  3. Failed delivery attempts (i.e. no one home to receive the order)
  4. Postal strikes
  5. Other adverse conditions (such as storms and natural disasters)
If there is a protracted delay with your order then our suppliers customer support team will typically deal with this proactively. Alternatively, if an order is outside the expected delivery window then please contact peteonart@petermspencer.com for additional information.
Occasionally, orders do get lost in the mail - more often, we find, when being shipped untracked to less common shipping destinations. In the event that an order is not received within 30 days of ordering, we’ll be more than happy to send a replacement. Just let us know atpeteonart@petermspencer.com and we’ll make the arrangements on your behalf. Please note however that we cannot offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address.

  • I am not the shipping company for prints and hence cannot control their processes. I also cannot control the effects of world events which may have an effect on delivery dates. The details therefore given above are for guidance and cannot be guaranteed.
