Step 2: Agreement & Deposit
Once we finalize the concept, I’ll send an agreement for approval. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your painting in my exclusive commission schedule.

Step 3: Creation & Progress Updates
Your painting will be developed in layers using mixed media, acrylics, and oil colors. Oil paint takes time to dry, so the complete process can take 1-6 months, ensuring a meticulously crafted, high-end finish. I’ll keep you updated throughout, sharing glimpses of the evolving masterpiece.
Step 4: Framing & Shipping Options
- Rolled canvas in a secure tube – Ideal for international clients, saving on shipping costs and allowing you to choose local framing.
- Stretched and/or framed – A premium option tailored to your aesthetic preferences.
Step 5: Final Approval & Payment
Once complete, I’ll send high-resolution images of your artwork for final approval. The remaining balance is required before shipping.
Step 6: Secure, Insured Delivery
Your painting will be carefully packaged with white-glove handling and shipped worldwide. All deliveries require a signature upon arrival, ensuring your artwork arrives in impeccable condition.
