Refund Policy


I pride myself in creating joyful artworks that owners and collectors can enjoy for many years and therefore your total satisfaction is important to me.

 


Original Artworks:



Returns:

With original works of art I provide a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. See “Conditions” below.

To start a return or exchange you must contact me by email at peteonart@petermspencer.com within the 30 day period prior to shipping your artwork. I will then send you full return instructions.
 
Conditions

Items sent back without first requesting return agreement is unlikely to be accepted.

Returned artworks must be returned in its original packaging and in excellent re-saleable condition. If the order is returned in a damaged condition the order will unlikely be refunded. Note: Repairs to damaged items may be feasible at cost.

I am unable to refund or reimburse return shipping costs.
 
You will need to provide proof of purchase / receipt.

Exceptions:

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns under the 30 day policy as detailed above for commissions or sale items.

Damaged Goods On Receipt:
 
If in the unlikely event your item is received in a damaged condition please follow the instructions below.

  • Upon receipt of your order please inspect the outside of the packaging for damage or abuse. Please take photos of any suspect damage.
  • After opening your order inspect your artworks for damage. Please take photos as these may be required to obtain compensation from the carrier.
  • You will need to provide proof of purchase / receipt.
  • Contact me within 48 hours of receipt so that I can make it right.



Prints and Printed Merchandise:


I utilise the services of a third party supplier of high quality prints and printed merchandise who has print factories in various countries. Due to this complication if in the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your order, or your order is dmaged on receipt please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and I will make it right.

If your order arrives damaged please take photos of both the packaging and the product damage.

You will need to provide proof of purchase / receipt.

I will then liase with the printers for furthr instructions. I thank you for your patience.
