1.0 A Soul's Dance - The Spirit In Motion

When I begin a new painting, I often find myself entering a quiet space — a place where colour, light, and intuition take over. My two recent works, A Soul’s Dance 1 and A Soul’s Dance 2, were both born from that stillness.

The first painting A Soul's Dance 2 emerged after meditation, guided purely by feeling. Its earthy tones and gentle flow seem to carry a sense of nature and light — the soul’s first step toward awakening.

The second painting, A Soul's Dance 1, grew from reflection on balance and duality, drawing inspiration from the Yin and Yang symbol and the Fibonacci spiral, both timeless expressions of harmony and transformation.

Together, these works explore how the spirit moves and evolves — a reminder that we, too, are all part of a greater rhythm, a dance between darkness and light, stillness and motion.
