Pillars of Creation Oil Painting 76 x 50 cm

Produced using a mixed media approach. I began the painting with inks and water based media. The painting was then sealed prior to applying oil colours for added depth.

The painting is a surreal abstract representational
piece showing the earth and various forms of the cosmos in multiple states of creation in the background. The nebula Pillars of creation and earth high-rise buildings depict the title of the artwork.
